Evolving experiment to see if we can automatically separate signal from noise in the build farm results. Compared to the official status page, this reporting tool aggregates by commit, doesn't uses screen space on passes, and tries to filter out non-newsworthy failures by placing animal/branch/stage failures in "quarantine" based on automatic analysis. Feedback welcome.
